DOMESTIC (PAN INDIA)
We offer three shipping methods for your convenience:
Standard Shipping (Free):
Free for all prepaid orders. Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days from the date of order processing. Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
Cash On Delivery (COD) – Rs. 99:
If you choose COD, a charge of Rs. 99 will be applied. The delivery timeline remains the same at 7-10 business days.
Express Shipping – Rs. 249:
For expedited delivery, express shipping is available for an additional charge of Rs. 249. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days from order processing. Please note that express shipping is available only in select locations.
SEORAA LUXE SHIPPING
For Seoraa Luxe items, we offer the following shipping terms:
- Delivery Timeline: 12-14 business days.
- Paid and Partial COD Available: Only paid and partial COD are available. Full COD is unavailable.
- Express Shipping: Not available for Seoraa Luxe products.
INTERNATIONAL

Standard International Shipping – Rs. 2499:
For international orders, only prepaid payments are accepted. Estimated delivery time is 15-25 business days. Delays may occur depending on the location or local security restrictions. We do not offer express or COD options for international orders.
SHIPPING RATES
Domestic:
- Prepaid Orders: Free
- COD Charges: Rs. 99
- Express Shipping: Rs. 249 (Only prepaid, not available on Seoraa luxe)
International:
- Rs. 2499 (prepaid only)
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions. You can also access tracking information through your Seoraa account on our website.
SHIPPING POLICIES
Address Accuracy: Ensure all shipping details are accurate when placing your order. Seoraa is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Shipping Restrictions: Delays may occur due to restrictions imposed by local authorities or events such as festivals.
Delivery Issues and Lost Packages: If a delivery issue occurs, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the matter. However, we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier or uncontrollable factors.
