REFUND ELIGIBLITY:

  1. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only. Cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method are not available.
  2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  3. The request for a refund must be made within 5 days from the date of delivery.

STORE CREDIT DETAILS

  1. Store credit will be credited in your SEORAA account.
  2. Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
  3. Store credit does not have an expiration date, allowing you flexibility in choosing when to redeem it.

EXCEPTIONS:

  1. We do not accept exchange or returns on international orders
  2. Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned unless they are defective.
  3. We do not offer exchange or return on customized products.

PROCESS:

To initiate an exchange or return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at hello@seoraa.com or log into your account to put in return/exchange request
  2. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with instructions for returning the item.
  3. Once the returned item is received and passes a quality check, we will issue store credit for the value of the returned item within 2-3 working days

PLEASE NOTE: If opted, express shipping charges (249) and COD charges will not be reflected in store credit.

 

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns that do not comply with our policy or show signs of wear or damage.
